Lorelai is currently $9 USD. The final price and any applicable tax are shown before you pay at checkout. The paid license is perpetual, named, and non-transferable. It unlocks unlimited projects and installs on your own devices.
Who you are buying from
Lorelai is made by Project Maple Ltd.
These terms are between you and Project Maple Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14205085. Its registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX. Your purchase contract begins when Stripe confirms payment. You can contact us at billing@projectmaple.uk.
Your license
Made for one named person.
After payment, we issue a signed Lorelai license in the name entered at checkout. That license belongs to that named person. It is not a subscription and it does not expire.
You may use it for unlimited projects and install Lorelai on as many of your own devices as you need. Please do not sell, transfer, or share the license with someone else.
Payment, delivery & updates
A small file with a long life.
Payment happens through Stripe Checkout. After payment, we send a temporary download link to the email address used at checkout. Download and keep the .lorelei-license file: it is your license and works offline after import.
The purchase includes future Lorelai updates that we make available. There is no recurring charge. If you lose your email, you can use license recovery.
Your rights
The legal protections you have still apply.
Our support and refunds page explains how to ask for help with a cancellation or refund. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty or not as described.
We may improve these terms when we need to, but a later update will not take away a license you have already bought.
The simple boundary
Your projects are yours. Lorelai is ours.
Your project files and version history remain yours. Project Maple Ltd retains ownership of Lorelai, its code, name, and design. These terms give you the license described above, not ownership of the software itself.
